Rohwer Relocation Center

Dublin Core

Title

Rohwer Relocation Center

Description

Richard Yoshikawa was a young man who found himself in relocation camps during the 1940s on account of his Japanese descent. He was a photographer himself, and took many images during his time in internment camps of both people and structures. These two specific images depict the fire at Rohwer Relocation Center and the damage done to the building afterwards. Many of his images however are centered on his family and specific people.
